At Zero Co, we’re on a mission to tackle the growing plastic waste problem and untrash the planet. But it’s a mammoth task, and we’ll only get there if we constantly innovate and push the boundaries of sustainability.

This month, we’ve taken a giant leap forward by unveiling our new ForeverFill™ system. It’s not just one new product; it’s an overhaul of our entire range that’s better for you, your family and our planet.

Introducing ForeverFill™

After two years of relentless innovation, research and customer feedback, we’re thrilled to unveil ForeverFill™. Our revolutionary, world-first, paper-based refill system redefines how we fight plastic waste—from the source to your sink.

Here’s what makes ForeverFill™ a game-changer:

  1. Paper-based refills: we’ve cracked the code to develop world-first paper-based refills for most of our personal care and cleaning products. Every liquid will now be packaged and dispensed using this innovation.

  2. New Forever Bottles: reusable and durable Forever Bottles constructed from 80% recycled materials, designed to seamlessly work with the paper refills. Available in three sleek colourways and guaranteed for life.

  3. 97% less plastic: our entire line now uses a fraction of the plastic it did before. The new design reduces plastic packaging by up to 97% compared to other formats (bottles, pouches and sheets).

  4. 75% less freight emissions: by shipping new packaging and clever concentrates, we’ll shrink our carbon footprint by up to 75%.

  5. Simplicity meets sustainability: With ForeverFill™ by your side, you can now use our products, recycle them at home (in your home recycling bin) and repeat. For good. No more returns needed.

A small part of our ForeverFill™ range includes dissolvable tablets and raw powders to reduce costs, reduce plastic waste, and enhance your cleaning experience. See more here.

Why we're changing. For good.

When we launched Zero Co, we believed a closed-loop system (where you return and refill pouches) was the best way to tackle the single-use plastic problem. But over time, we’ve come to realise that it’s not the perfect solution, and there’s a better way.

We’re numbers people, and the facts don’t lie. Here’s what we’ve learned about our current system:

  • It generates high carbon emissions from shipping and cleaning.

  • Returning pouches can be inconvenient for you. Only around 42% of pouches are returned, so the rest end up as single-use plastic.

So, we acted. We made our products different, so together, we can make an even bigger difference. But we’re not stopping there…

Our new 10-for-1 promise

We’re proud to have removed over 32 million water bottles’ worth of waste from oceans, rivers and beaches worldwide. Now, we’re taking it to the next level with our 10-for-1 promise:

For every Zero Co product you buy, we’ll collect 10 water bottles’ worth of ocean waste.

This isn’t just about products; it’s about making a bigger difference. With every refill, you’re not just reducing waste at home—you’re actively cleaning our oceans.

What this means for you.

  1. Easier than ever: enjoy the same great products with effortless paper-based refills that you can recycle in your home recycling bin.

  2. Cheaper but still effective: our concentrated formulas mean you get more bang for your buck without compromising on quality. Same cleaning power, lower cost per use.

  3. Less plastic: our new system cuts plastic use by up to 97%. That's not just a number—it's a radical reduction in your plastic footprint with every product used.

  4. Bigger impact: every purchase will contribute to our mission to remove one billion water bottles’ worth of ocean, river and beach waste.

How we're supporting your switch:

As we transition to this exciting new system, we're not leaving anyone behind.

  • We'll take back your old bottles and pouches, turn them into new Zero Co products or have them responsibly recycled.

  • If you’re a customer, you’ll receive free replacement Forever Bottles to kickstart your ForeverFill™ journey.

The future of sustainability is here—and it's called ForeverFill™.
